Wonder what is the rationale of naming a property in Blr are Menlo Park!

Location/ access is difficult. Connectivity through new road towards Panathur means even more congestion.

Property itself is a run of the mill upper middle class high density apartment complex

A newly constructed apartment by Vaswani. It has all the amenities, situated in a good location, very good build quality, maintenance is awesome (as of now the builder itself is taking care of maintenance)
They still have few inventory available, if anyone interested can visit directly and inquire for the same.

Located in prime location, building plan is sooper. Be careful about their sales people (Asif, Vikram) Initially they will give some quote soon after you will go for settlement they would come up with new price struture. This is not all the vaswani project however for this project some unprofessional people are taking advantage of this volatile real estate market.

Suggest the Builder to recruit more temporary work force in CRM team to handle home owners queries and provide support during oc/registration/handover time. Once a project is over, they can move the temp work force to the next project. Currently it's a serious bottleneck affecting customer experience very very badly. Customers Do not expect this from a builder of this repute and this much experience in the field.
Awaiting for an important reply for several weeks from CRM despite daily followup and escalations is the last thing you want to come in your way to occupying your dream home.

This area is located in a good locality in the centre of the city. The basic necessities are very much accessible. Mr. Rinku and the entire sales team have been very courteous in guiding throughout the process.

For this price better go for better builders with more open space.open space is very minimal, a very big no no for me.

I have no idea about the project ie what’s the sqft price, floor plan, amenities provided, structural details but still I am giving the review because of the approach road to the apartment.
1. The road is way to 2 schools and a temple apart from other residential and commercial building.
2. You won’t even find space to walk on the road on weekdays during school hours, that’s 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. Being a parent of Vibgyor school it takes nearly half an hour in the mornings and half an hour in evenings to travel 100 meters of that road for dropping and picking up the kid.
3. If there is something special happening at the school on weekends then cars gets clogged up till the Varthur main road. And also there will be lots temple devotees on weekends.
4. Apart from regular traffic the road is used by at least 100 school buses (both Vibgyor and Narayana) every day. Think about the noise pollution, air pollution due to the dust and road damages and BBMP’s response.
5. Occasionally you may see school buses being parked on both sides of the road close to the school which may block the apartment entrance.

They first promised to handover by 2021 dec, then 2022 march, now 2023, this project is running since 2015, do not expect it to be finished in time — from a frustrated buyer

Place gets crazy traffic in the morning and evening.very narrow road. Not to mention how bad it gets to during rains.

Visited location but sales guy dated 20 may 2022 on site was not professional, he was not helpful and had very bad experience and he was asking " what" and even didnot wake from his seat to welcome or ask how can I help you and explanation was " this is layout map" and no proper explanation. Due to this sales guy attitude, we decided not to buy in Vasawa proj ever. Very bad impression.

Great location almost all essential amenities are within Walkable distance. I finally booked 3bhk here after exploring almost 35 projects around Whitefield.

Pros

1. Location is its biggest USP. All essential amenities are within walking distance, vibgyor school opposite to the project is great for parents like me. Also now with Kundalahallli underpass nearing completion this will be a sought after project.
2. Competitive pricing looking at the location and construction status with possession expected in Jun 2022. Amongst the very few projects which are offering possession this year.
3. Good room Sizes for 3bhk. They are also giving 2 balconies which is difficult to find now with most builders in 3bhk. I really liked the separate dresser space with the Master bedroom which gives lot of innovation space.
4. Supportive and cooperative Sales and CRM teams. Himanshu and Rinku from site Sales team have been very approachable and lohelped to answer lot of my questions.
5.all amenities like swimming pool, gym, badminton court, kids play area, tennis courts, cricket pitch are available. Another unique concept is the Vaswani WorkX model which will support shared working space in the club house.

Cons
1. BESCOM high tension electric poles in the project campus can cause security concern in future. Builder is taking ample measures to manage it and keep the area secluded however it's impact on the overall project isn't yet ascertained or clear.
2.reserving basement parking slots for 3bhk should be done mandatorily instead of first come first serve allotment.they are now alloting surface parking slots for new bookings irrespective of flat size.
3. Foyer space in 3bhk is bigger than usual and is affecting the living area. Maybe something builder can look at while designing the floor plan and maps.

Overall happy with the project and looking forward to the possession and moving in with my family soon)

Project is good but the cost is too high. Kitchens are very small and utility area is not functional. In a 2bhk, washing machine's switch is provided under the sink. Where as there is no space to keep the washing mechine as utility is too small. After getting the flat and spending crore, extra money is required to make the flat functional. I will not go for it.

Visited this property many times. Please see the following points before you buy property here
1. Two/Three high tension lines carrying 220000Volts within amenities. This is very unsafe and makes overall look of the amenities very scary.
2. No Cauvery water.
3. Noise pollution from the school nearby (when school opens).
4. Very dusty roads.
5. Nearby locality is not good.
6. Almost 800metre inside from the main road.
7. The cost is very high for the apartments
