Don’t ever rent a flat in this society specifically G9, B block.
Firstly the flat isn’t lighted and is not at all airy (no sunlight and no air at all) and secondly the owner will tell you to vacate the flat in 11 months just to make money by deducting deposit for unreasonable reasons so be aware.

I stayed in the apartment. Due to outside paint being newly done, it looks decent but it's a very old building and once you start staying then only you will be able to realise it. Major issues are-
1. Residents who are cry babies and will keep complaining against each other all the time and especially few who will always try to spy on you.
2. As the building is old there will always be some kind of repair and you will get tired of drilling noises.
3. The place looks real gloomy and not much area to walk. Almost 95 percent area covered with buildings.
4. The two roads while small but due to many buildings nearby it will be very busy all the time and there will be traffic noise till late night.
5. Many of your electrical appliances won't work due to low voltage.
6. The water is very very hard and in every few months you will have to repair or clean your pipes.
7. The gym is useless and apart from few weights nothing works and swimming pool there is no privacy.
