Most 3rd class service provided by staff of this Airtel Customer Care situated near Dunlop Bridge. I visited yesterday evening, regarding my Airtel DTH problem, and also inform them, that I have previously tried 3 times through DTH customer care, but the problem is not solved.
But, surprisingly they advised me to complain through the previous process only.
The lady also called the next customer while converse with her not yet completed.
Very much rough behavior of staff, I want to bring it to Airtel higher authority.
Customer service and support is not good. The staff do not know how to talk to their customers. I went to the store and the staff looking after my query was busy on the phone and helped me after 5 mins of chatting. Behaviour of the staff must be checked upon.
Rest everything is fine. Guaranteed help will be provided.
I am not happy with this airtel store survice. This Store not provided me the survice that I want, But Airtel provides this service in free of cost, I want prepaid survice but this airtel store forced me in their postpaid black plan.

Service is good. All the staffs behaved so politely. One of the biggest airtel service center in Baranagar. Any type of problem regarding airtel services can be solved here.
Not professional at all! Behaviour of the staff is very bad and they are never able to give any solution. They have only one reply to everything; to switch to postpaid.
Don't know is it Airtel Store or not. People come to this store for any types of problems of Airtel but this stuff always suggest for POSTPAID. Recently visited for replacement my current Airtel Sim. Result: : No Sim Card Available.
I want to 5 mobile number portability from Vodafone to Airtel. I tried to call them many times. But no one picked up the phone. However I know that Airtel connection is very good. Thanks.
Very very unprofessional staffs and provides inappropriate information to the customer's. Let me share my worst experience ie I asked them get me a prepaid sim card (port no) and they had mistakenly made it a post paid connection, instead apologise for the same we had an argument on the same matter.
They are pure scam artists. Will scam you into paying for a premium plan. The two girls working there are expert at psychological tricks. They would withhold the essential information till the last moment and pressurize you into making a purchase.
AIRTEL SURVIVAL GUIDE: 1. If you go to buy a sim, tell explicitly that you want a recycled number. They will sell you a new unused premium number and you would waste 2500 for 6 months. 2. Be rude, be cautious. All they care for is commission. They are not friends and no need to make them feel like friends. 3. BUY A JIO SIM. Much better customer experience in my opinion.

I purchased a postpaid connection from Airtel Store, No 1, BT Road, Dunlop Narendera Nagar Kolkata - 700056 on March 2022 for my travel to Kashmir. This was a short term requirement and during purchase the experience was superb.
When I went to surrender the number after 90 days (as per the policy) the experience was horrible. Mr. Prabhas Ghosh, an employee from Airtel Store, gave a logic that Airtel as a company can allow a surrender after 90 days but he had a separate rule on his sale and can't allow his customer to surrender the line before 5 months.
Though I just used this line for only 10 days, still I paid ~800 bucks to Airtel over the 90 days.there is no point that I should continue this line for 2 more months and end up paying additional 600 bucks again for no use. Ultimately Mr. Prabhas Ghosh did not cater the request. This is too much unfortunate and unprofessional. I'm not sure how can an employee override the policy of his company.
Hope this feedback will draw attention of Airtel Management and they will take necessary action to stop this kind of malpractices which is impacting their client base.

Rude behaviour faced in the store, my problems were not solved. After waiting for 20 minutes when my turn came then they bypassed me and attended some known customer. When I protested against that, I was ill-treated.
Very quick and spontaneous staffs. Their behavior is also very warm. I will recommend everyone to visit this store for any problem as they all are very helpful. ।
I visited today to get a prepaid sim, they started to discuss the benefits of postpaid connection. The moment I told them, I am interested in Prepaid only, they stopped entertaining me at that very moment. They simply informed someone will contact me later. I had no idea what to do.is this a way to serve a customer? 5 years ago I took a prepaid sim from this outlet, faced the same issue, somehow I managed to get a sim, but this time they simply ignored me the moment I informed them I needed a prepaid sim. Pathetic service!
Very Pathetic Service. Visited for the sim lost issue Because my phone get lost yesterday, But there Service is really pathetic and deny me by saying that there server is not working. Think My phone got lost. The number is not Working and they said to come monday, Kindly Visit CHINAR PARK Airtel Store. Kindly do not visit BT ROAD And same as Rathtala Airtel Store.
Worse a staff can behave is the behavior which this current Airtel store staff. If this review is being read by any sensible person or management of Airtel then please avoid visiting this store and Airtel management should try to recruit someone better
I went there to exchange my sim and they seem professional. Only one lady staff was very rude to everyone, although she was not providing me any service. But she was really irritated at her job/customers.
Lack of employ.if u want to visit then make sure you should have a patience and lots of time to wait in showroom and infront of the gate.employees not came in time so you have to wait
This store is located just beside of main road. This store deals with only Airtel network problem and other issues. Not so bad behavior.
This store is not wheelchair accessible to entry. Wheelchair parking area is available. You can go this store by car driving and car parking area is also available.
