One of the best airtel mini store. I was visited this place twice, and the stuff here is so helpful, they solve my problem in second. If you're new to airtel they'll take time to tell you about everything, not only good part they also tell you if you're making a plan purchase what will be the best and what is the drawback. I personally recommend this airtel mini store to everyone. No matter what is the issue you're dealing with airtel service they'll always here to help you. A must visit place.
Though the store is open till 7: 30 pm they stop working at 7pm. During my recent visit they asked to come at 10 am again even though they were still not closed at 7: 15pm. Very bad experience. There should be some out of box support at the time of urgency.
After waiting for 2 hrs, the executive told the concern executive who can solve my issue is busy with lady customer and I should come after appointment. I thought, you became an beautiful lady for getting issues resolved.preposterous behaviour, un professional approach.waste of time.complete harassment.the staff should be terminated
Went for sim replacement as existing sim stopped working all of a sudden and Airtel representative informed that sim upgradation is going on due to which people are losing network and sim is forcefully stopped
This Airtel Store is located at the Chinar Park Adghara Bus Stop. The staffs are humble and ready to help. This is open from 10 morning to 7 in the evening.
Worst Airtel store ever and the behaviour of the staff's are very very bad. When I went there with a problem on my Airtel number they don't even bother to listen. Directly refund to provide service. When I asked the manager about this he straight forward went inside a room and locked it. Staff's are to much arrogant and don't want to provide any service. Directly said we are not here to help you. The most 3rd grade staff working over there so it's my suggestion don't visit this store ever.
Vary bad service the most wrost expiriance excutevie team and also srvice is vary bad instaletion prosidure se pahala 2k advance for sevice but no concetion.
The employees are fast and helpful, at least those who are present cause they seems to be late to office and more over their timing is not 09: 30-1900 but 10: 00-19: 30 and by the time they start addressing customers it is 10: 15.
Very very poor service. Very pathetic experience here. I came to change my sim due to not sufficient service. Customer care told me to go a store and change sim, but here people are saying not required. Still I am suffering due to same problem. So horible serice. I came from far distance but disappointed here. Staff's are not ready to hear me. I have made my mind to change to jio. I was loving airtel since 2010. But not they become so bad reputed. Sorry. Very very unprofessional people at this Airtel store. They make you sit for hours without giving proper solution to your problem. They care least about customers time. My broadband is not working for last 10 days. Even though after raising several service requests and calling 121 and mailing the problem is not fixed. They have closed my service requests without fixing the issue. Pathetic experience with Airtel this time though I have been brand loyal customer. Seriously thinking of switching to another network. Airtel kindly address my issue ASAP.
Extremely unprofessional, unmannered and fraud staff. Made me buy broadband by false claims. Broadband doesn't work properly, they don't even receive calls EVER, didn't even give me the bill for the purchase. I'm not even able to contact customer care. Everytime I'm having to go to the store because they don't receive calls, and even after that, they don't respond properly. Purchasing airtel was a big mistake. Need to get it disconnected. Non cooperative staaf, specially Sourav Bose. Don't keep such employees.
Very convenient location as it is situated exactly on the Chinar park square. Free parking available for two wheelers as well as for four wheelers too. Very responsive staffs. Their behaviour towards costomer is great and very helpfulness in nature.

Very bad. When asked to give in written whatever they are saying, they are not authorized to do so. They have delayed the posting of payment because of which our number got disconnected. They are accepting this verbally but not able say this in mail or written.
Today went for new prepaid connection They said only recycle numbers are there (Used numbers which are closed now) They cannot give you new prepaid number. Only postpaid or recycled prepaid are available. Is it new policy of airtel not providing new prepaid connection.
I was go for port Vodafone to airtel, but they told me prepaid port not done because airtel refugees prepaid port, you have to go for postpaid connection.
Very worst experience ny airtel broadband service i.chinar park.brodband is not working from last 15 days atthis crisis time and we are continuously complaini g about this but no one camr and make ot working.really redicuolous by airtel.

It's. A humble request to all Airtel user please don't go to this Airtel store.bocz 1) rude manager she doesn't know how to talk with customers always in a hurry to go home. 2) all new staff they didn't know how to handle guest. They even didn't alive your problem they increase it.
3) always say no network link down hai. So we are unable to do recharge or check the status of ur complain.
4) simply don't go there look for other branches or outlet
My suggest to Airtel please closed this outlet it might save your revenue which getting wasted just because if some wasted people.
Seriusly when i braught a duplicate sim and they told that it will activate in 4 hrs till now its not activated and they are not picking up the phone. Is this airtel service That they never pick up the cuatomer phone. Disgusting
Just hopeless. Not a single employee is there to help you. Just gosipingg with each other.waiting time is one hour atleast. Not even pick up calls in time.
To resolve a simple migration issue they took 6 months and compelled me to pay extra bucks. They also breach company policy for their own benefit. Unbelievable!
It is the worst store. They kept people in queue intentionally. They have attitude problem as well. It is always required to keep in mind that their job is to serve customers for what they are getting paid. They are not doing any charity to any customer.
