Worst service ever I have seen in my life in any store. I was visited the store with a quary & the person who attend me was very uncooperative & provide me some worng information. He misguide me even after listening my problem repeatedly. I was not satisfied and went to Airtel store Broadstreat & my problem is resolved within a minute.
Very bad experience. Makes customer go round and round asking for different documents from time to time. And on top of that blames customer for their own miscommunication and faults. Particularly one senior employee was so aggressive in defending their fault of wrong communication that he started shouting in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and incompetent.
Very Very bad experience I went there for good benefits but they are trying to fool me by giving postpaid sim card, they try to hide truth & was trying to steer me the wrong way. For there personal benefits & targets.
I have asked for new connection but they have not provided yet. Its been 6 month, and yet they say that they need 1 month more for the service to start, they are just spoiling the brand name.
Are people sitting only meant for persuading customers to buy new airtel sims? I walked in today 1 hour back and told the only person sitting there that I need help regarding choosing channels in Airtel Thanks app. I was unable to select a combo below Rs. 500 on my own. Isn't it within the purview of this airtel customer service center? The person was not at all ready to even look at my app, and said that he dosent have rights to help me choose channels. I have to help myself with the app or call CUSTOMER CARE.if I cannot get help in a face to face encounter, then what will CUSTOMER CARE helpline do!? !? !?
First of all, I might be the odd one out, but customer care service of yours is pathetic, we have been trying to call your centre since morning it seems you guys are least intrested in taking the issue on priority basis.
An employee here took my phone under the pretext of changing the phone settings, but he rated himself in the Airtel customer feedback link; without my consent or knowledge.
Horrible service. Beware, they will try to sell you expensive plans by misinforming you of the benefits.

I don't recommend this low quality connection. Deposited cheques on 11th Dec and still on 15th Dec the service hasn't resumed. So bad service. Jio is much better. India's top Tele communication brand.
The worst service center I have ever visited. Atleast 8 to 10 times I have visited the store, but they have only one excuse that there is no server. If they don't have server being an Airtel store, how can they provide services to the customers. Wosrt service and worst behaviour.
I don't recommend this store. They always give you misinformation, so before you leave try to call customer care and confirm. Also tell them give a written information or a mail. Otherwise you have to visit 3-4 times.
Worst place for any airtel customer to visit. The security standing in the gate is busy on her phone with no value of the customer. Senior citizens are also left with no option rather than standing in quee and the security person doesn't answers to her question. No service is good. After standing for more than 45min you get to know that sim card is not available. What kind of service do you provide. Never thought of giving a negative review but for their behavior they deserve this
Worst Experience ever. I visited four times to thr store but they always have some issues related to network or some other day they just don't have any intention to work. I wanted to rated it 0 star if possible. So please just ignore this star. Try to avoid ths store and find some other one.
Worst store ever don't go this store the behavior of staffs n attitude better go for other store or throw ur Airtel sim, change or better to port with Jio
Worst Airtel Store Staffs are unexperienced and Rude, they even don't know how to activate an old lost sim, they had been Wasted my 10 days in it. Airtel Should take Strict action against them. Very Shameful!
The store manager seldom puts her phone down. Others though spent over an hour registering me so I could have Airtel service. Thank you to those devoted employee.
Wrost service ever I had experienced. The Staff has no idea and inexperienced. They need proper training otherwise store should be closed. They are waisting the time of customers
