Airtel Store

The staff is least interested to respond to customer queries and they infact gave me wrong information regarding my Airtel connection. Had to visit a different store to get the right information.

I went to visit this shop for less speed of net connection, and I presumed there may be some problem with the SIM card. They confirmed after only a you tube video the representative said your SIM is ok.

Poor and very unprofessional services specialist in converting to prepaid to postpaid fraud manegement is happening.

This is the only genuine store in and around Behala. Rest all are frauds of the highest order.
