Today, I visited for an reactivation of an old sim. First they told it will take Rs - 300 then it became Rs - 1100 then the lady executive wanted to sell me Rs 4700 family plan package forcefully with extremely loud and rude behaviour.
It was clear cut message from that lady if you dont pay me that amount I will not process anything.

As per I know according to TRAI law this much of amount is never required for a SIM reactivation. She was doing a pure SCAM, please train your people that how to behave with a customer.

Writing for the 2nd time. This Airtel Store is the ultimate solution for all the services regarding Airtel. The executives are well versed with the usual, unusual and critical services. Extremely fast in action, courteous and effective. Special thanks to Antara Manna Madam. She is a gem. Got all processing knowledge in her fingertips.

Worst service ever, please dont ever visit this place.the people who work here are rude and irresponsible. Please find another store if you are looking for help

The staffs here are very rude. The service is very poor. Even though there were no customers they kept me waiting. I wanted to deactivate my number the guy kept harassing me by asking the number again and again. I told them the internet was not working in many areas hence I want to give up the sim.

Unprofessional staff and not much of help. Need to pay for even services otherwise free or not your fault. Airtel has a very dropping quality.

This branch at kakurgachi is full of fraudsters.they are continuously harrassing and deceiving the customers.i got my prepaid number converted to postpaid from here which was a smooth process.but after 90 days whenever I visited this branch for getting it converted to prepaid again.they continuously told me that I cannot get it done.i have to wait till April.and "90days" is no longer the locking period.it has been increased.on top of that when I complained about its network issues (almost all postpaid data is remaining till now but cannot be used) they remained indifferent.
