Very poor service. Store agents are miss guide customers. Store agents behaviour are very poor.very disappointed.

Very Pathetic like it's written that it will open at 10: 00 am but when i arrived at 10: 05 they said come back at 10: 30 and when i came at that time they still take a lot of time for porting my sim they don't even listen to costumer.

I have visited here with my grand mother for upgradation of sim but they are continuously asking us to convert it to postpaid and when we disagreed to convert it to postpaid they told us to leave and they told it can't be done.

Very good shop near Hanuman Mandir on Dum Dum Junction to Nagerbazar Bazar Road. You can get all your problems solved regarding Airtel Sim. I could get my Airtel number back after 6 years. Original Aadhar card was mandatory and the physical presence of the person bearing the mobile number was mandatory. Took 1 hour 30 mins for the whole process. Thanks Airtel.

I went to get my old number sim, which got corrupted by itself, when I went to the store, the lady on the counter said my number has been suspended for not using for more than 2 month where my pack ended on 7th September. And told me if I want this number i need to get postpaid of 470/- for minimum 4 months and i left the store. I went to cc1 store they said number is available and they gave me a new sim with my number. One of the worst center money seeking to change to postpaid basis

Service is very bad, even network is stuck, the employees are not helpful really bad experience
