Stay away from airtel and this store. Mis-sold family plan. When I wen t there to change first they tried to show me reasons why it is not possible. Then when called lawyer to ask for consumer code help they seemingly heard it and changed their behavior. But things did not work out and I had to go there again. And during the next visit there was a rather arrogant sales executive or something who spoke with a strange tone but he knew he had to do it so he did it. But the fellow's behavior was strange and quite arrogant throughout. Now they will write a fake response below this review as if they care. That is a measure taken for those who read the reviews and not to resolve the grievance for those who have been mistreated. Nice! LOL!

This office is filled with untrained employees. Today I went to port my Jio SIM to Airtel at around 11.30 am. But a staff tried to convince me to upgrade to postpaid for the first 90 days, I soon realized that this broker was trying to convince me the other way around for commission meals. I requested him to upgrade my SIM to prepaid, but he didn't listen. Then I left the office without accepting his 90 days postpaid offer, and called Airtel customer care from the front of the office and explained everything. Saaf from CARE said that whether I postpaid or prepaid my number is completely my personal opinion, and wanted to speak to the employee on behalf of CARE, but he did not speak, and started acting as if this Airtel office is his ancestral property.
I request the higher authority to open the office to serve the people, do not put all these untrained staff in the office.

After that I contacted another Airtel office, and they said they will complete my work in 5 minutes.
