Any problem the answer will be same that your kyc name is mismatch so go with postpaid for minimum 3 months otherwise we will not help you totally fraud.

The worst experience you can imagine. They are pushing their plans without resolving the issue of a dead sim. Giving all kinds of excuses. Accusing me for not updating kyc (done 5 years ago) or wrong ID card number (just imagine what an idiot someone has to be). If possible don't go there. I'll launch a complaint against these scamsters

All the employees in the store are very rude to the customers, I had an airtel sms that stopped suddenly, When I asked to change the sim they forced me to get post paid and then the sim was not given. I am forced to port out

My airtel Sim was not working though my recharge was active. The representative on checking my adhar card told that my name is not matching with their rocord. They cannot give me new Sim in my name. He insisted me to get postpaid connection then he can give my old number. I had doubt on his conversation. Subsequently I found there was no mismatch in my name. It was his intention to compel me to take postpaid connection. Practically the gentleman lied me.

I had lost my sim and went there to reissue the sim. They forced me to take post sim for four months with 399 plan without any reason. Also they did not give my sim where they activated the same and kept it with them. These people (Subrata Bhattacharya) should not be trusted. They are misguiding the customer for their benefits.

Worst airtel store I have ever visit. My internet is not working during call. Instead of guided me they called me that you are new airtel customers that's why this problem occurs. There executives don't have any specific knowledge about sim. Please don't visit here

Cheap & Unprofessional Staff

It’s a shame and unbelievable the kind of staff Airtel has. Definitely unexpected from a giant like Airtel. Wondering the kind of pressure the staff faces that makes them trick people and loot them.

I was misinformed about the postpaid plan details by the staff so I opt for postpaid sim instead of prepaid one. I paid the one time registration fee at store which shows unpaid on the Airtel app.

I have raised a complaint, the same was closed without any resolution even after making follow up calls and the reason they informed was they couldn’t reach out to my number. You can’t just close the complaint without a resolution just like that. I had to reopen the same and still following up for the resolution as of yet.

Worst staff with unprofessional behaviour. Went their for Sim replacement and they were constantly pushing me to take postpaid connection for Rs. 400 per month. They charged Rs. 50 for processing duplicate sim but did not even process my new Sim card. Please beware of these fraudsters.

Very Bad service from this store. Regarding sim swap, they are trying to force me to switch prepaid to postpaid connection. When i am not agree to do that, they are taking 50/- for sim swap.but not completed my process. My 50/- has gone they are just good for nothing. After that I was gone to another store, they are done my sim swap process very quickly without any problem. But from this store experience, I have decided to switch from Airtel to another service provider. So think before go this store.

Worst experience.they don't solve our problems, instead they just harass us by telling us to port our sim in post paid or stuff like that.its their problem if they don't have complete information like DOB, I have purchased that sim around 18 years ago in 2004.now they have shut my network down and saying me to make it postpaid sim.like really.

Worst ever services. As bad as any other customer support store. They won't value your time.make you sit for hours only to tell you to come again the next day with some additional documents.

My father had a sim from bengal circle.unfortunately he is no more. Suddenly no network that sim.i visited airtel store kolkata they refused to replace my sim bcz the sim is from bengal circle.if i visit your store will you replace my sim?

First of all they don't to want to give u service if u r not doing like pospaid n all my sim was lost 2 times and first time I have taken new sim from park St and,
2nd time I am going this Airtel store that person told me this is not ur number, bcoz I told him I don't want postpaid things what a chep staff Airtel should to change the employees.

Worst experience.i went in for changing my sim because it wasn't showing network since two days as they are closed on Sundays i didn't bother them and went on monday to fix my problem but as soon as i went there for my problem i was treated the right way and they were not talking in the right manner also they said first to come with a aadhar card and alternative phone no so i went and took those things and went in but then they told that they don't have the stock of sim and will only be available tomorrow. It was a very bad experience because my work was being hampered without none of my fault and secondly my time wasn't valued and they were rude at this.so kindly i would like to say airtel isn't giving the right customer experience and thats the reason that i will port my sim to jio.

Very bad behaviour.i bought a postpaid connection from here. But they dont want to stop after 1 month. They get commission from your postpaid connection depends on how much time you carry on your connection. For this reason they dont want to colse it before 5 month.if any one face this type problem again you take action against them. You can mesg airtel through twitter.they help you very carefully.

Cheap service. Cheap behaviour and conduct. They are just trying to make you rounds and not solving the problems nor allowing you to port out.
