Vi store PARK STREET

As a tourist in India it was extremely difficult to get a sim card
Luckily for me I met the nicest person in the Vodafone idea store in park Street kolkata.
Mr. Subhro was delightful in every manner and made getting a sim card super easy
I'm thankful to him and hope others have a chance to know him as well

Visited the outlet park Street at 6 30 pm today, no air conditioned machine is working.it's not a issue to be neglected.
The concerned person are irresponsible.

Extremely unprofessional store. It had a total of 16 kiosks but only 1 service rep was available. After waiting for more than 30 mins and following up multiple times, someone comes out with utter reluctance as if I have made a mistake coming into the store. Even before leaving the store the security guard turned hostile and prevented me when I was scanning the feedback QR code

I have visited at park street store and mate with Mr. Jayanta kumar basu.i was suffering the suspension of two numbers, I hame made the payment bt one no has continued the suspension after payment.i made call to the person whom I had made this payment bt he did not received my call.this is very bad experience with me

Store ambience is good. Met with executive Jayanta who is very helpful and resolved my problem at a shot

Unprofessional behavior, most of the staff is gossiping, busy in there world.
Looks like a college canteen. No work culture. Disguistingly annoying

Immediate solution point for all your complains or if you plan to go for new prepaid/postpaid VI connection.

Staffs here are very very helpful.this store is very near to my house. Muskaan one of the staff is specially very helpful

Spent 2500 Rs for 2 months Sim card. And it just be invalid within a week! Staffs became very passive after knowing the situation. They are all thives!
Stay away form this place if u come to Kolkata for tourism. Just ask your hotel front desk if u need any good mobile services.

This is the best Re- charging place for vodaphone. Staffs extends helping hand to senior ones. Supervisors watch every thing & every points.

Like always there is always some useless processes which is uncalled for
I was told to be present at the store for biometrics, yet nothing was checked all was done over by documentation
That too was unclearly explained so had to go back and resend the documents

Very unprofessional. How Vodafone afford to have such unprofessional people keep in heart of the city.
