Worst bank. Bank staff doesn't have etiquette how to talk with customer. They dont come bank to work they come bank to chill their mind. Request Bank cashier for 500rs cash and he provided me 100 rs notes.they don't care about customer...

They have the worst customer service. They do have a penchant for avoiding the customer when it comes to addressing routine banking issues. Their style is to make it difficult to reach customer service so that customer drops the issue out of frustration...

Can someone share Contact details of Credit Card Closure Department, have been trying to contact the bank but no one is helping for the same.

If there is a problem then these people can't help! And keep running from here to there.

It's the most disgusting office of Kotak in India Nothing work, ATM and Deposit machine all time out of service. Unprofessional staff. If you come to this branch be ready to wastage minimum 50 minutes without result. The bank should be ashamed...

Always atm server down open timing late staff loan department also poor service they delay all the time

No value for customer waiting in queue 1 hr and other cash counter open and lady sit free.

As I am student, I don't have much money to deposit, sbi have charged about 1000 rs from my account. Its my account my money, who they are to cut so much money.
