There is need to improve services rendered

Useless bank noone is a bother to help you if you have any concern, neither branch nor customer support team

I am their client for some years. Asked a statement. BM refers to the executive and the executive is least interested. Only delaying tactics used. No revert on the smses. Very irresponsible and i don't care execs working at this branch. Pathetic...

WORST EXPERIENCE

Go to SBI and open an account there coz the kind of attitude this branch employees have is pathetic.

Very bad experience cash deposit krte time koi hota hi nhi 30 to 40 min tk wait krvate hai

The people there were not at all support they told me that can't help me in waving off my last minimum balance and told me visit my home branch that is 40km from my house. Very pathetic behavior of the staff.

So disappointed by the fact that such a large private bank has frequent printer malfunction and server backend issues.

Never open your account in this branch and even in axis Bank for that matter.
They'll ruin you peace of mind

Bank closing timing allready to early 3: 30 pm
I visited 2: 30 and they closed the gate too disappointed
