Not an axis bank customer. Went in to get some change. Clearly denied. Once went to get a new 500 currency bundle, was clearly denied. As long their financial quarter us up. Nothing else matters. Specially customers who aren't banking with axis bank...

Redicilous experience today. They just left there place when you ask something from them. For a payment of 20000 you have to keep patience for 58 minutes. Very unsupportive staff (not everyone). Redicilous experience.

You bank started charging for not applied for alert sms service, always sent balance to old deleted phone no, not the monthly charges you were taking. On line, current account, no way to eanable/disable alert SMS. Need reply.

Very bad experience unusual timings they have misplaced my high value cheque and didn't bother to inform me

Very pathetic and delayed service while opening joint account. No calls or message while processing the request and later been told to wait another week to get it open. If this is not addressed I will further escalate this issue to the senior levels...

Totally unprofessional, branch never complete any task on timely manner. I applied for current account and it took aprx 25days to open. I suggest, to move to other banks. No hopes for Axis bank
