Very bad customer experience
The staff is unaware and unwilling to support
Did not get my issues resolved even after 3 visits and multiple communication with customer care executive

I have been dealing with the bank since 27 years atleast. This is unique bank with out standing service. Whole staff is humble and very responsible to their customers. Thanks to them all.

Customer support is really bad. If they can put fraudulent charges on a current account, God knows how they deal with consumers with a savings account.

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. With a premium account the bank is singularly unhelpful, does not resolve any issues and gives wrong instructions on resolving issues. Net banking sucks. Emails are not responded to - months...

Very bad experience. I have visited 5 times just to open the account, and till now the account is not activated. I also have Rs 25,000 in my account. What about my money? My account number - 50100454794775 I have lawaris account with 5 digit starting amount...

The front desk girl is so useless she doest know anything about work and doest want to her work. Just doing gossips with her friends and using phone all the time. Very unprofessional branch.

Their marketing executive do not have complete knowledge and the dealing manager from low level to higher level are non responding.the only axis bank branch where they least care about their clients even if they are having salary account with...
