I wanted to open a company account with newly formed company, but they wanted me to already have running business with hypothetical account then only they can open. Such idiotic and illogical questions & demands they ask for

I hardly visit the branch as I transact mostly online.only if I require cash, I visit ATM, which is mostly hassle free.

Very disappointing service including branch manager, My work is not being done since 10 days. Standing outside the branch manager's cabin. The branch manager refused to meet for 2 minutes.this is the Kotak Mahima bank service

I went there for the withdrawal of passbook but the staff is didn't want to work they are busy in gossips and all very bad service even govt. Banks gave good service

We always get good service by the staff members, they are very talented & hard working.
Especially Hemlata maam who is always solving customer queries with a smile, she is an asset to the bank.

I had a very bad experience with an employee at the Cash counter/teller He was very adamant and just said no to my work and was really unapologetic and had a very lame attitude.

Worst bank The one who sits at the cash counter is the one who wastes the most time.

Worst bank the employees do no respond even they are sitting free and roam here and there when anybody come to them without any reason

No answer after calling the branch. Very unresponsive staff. They made too many mistakes in my recent work, and I will have to revisit them again now.

Quick and responsive staff. Very efficient branch. Only thing missing is there are no sign boards on any of the counters.

This is the worst branch of SBI. There is always heavy rush, and the staff is rude, unhelpful, and has their own rules for various banking transactions – one time for cash deposit, another time for withdrawals, a different day for KYC, different day...
