Pathetic service i have ever seen.giving one star just beacuse dont have negative star option

Very slow service of Palam village branch and very bad experience for past 5 months looking for support with no success, email ID is wrong, Phone number is wrong, better the Branch manager should correct this issues.

HDFC Bank agents mislead the customer while giving loan. After the loan is approved, they tell you about the hidden conditions, be careful of them.

Unprofessional. Had to visit branch thrice to update KYC docs with no change to prev records. Staff is unclear on processes, Highly bureaucratic.

The staff is very useless some don't work.
Went to close the account to give the form, no one was taking it when I got angry, took my form and put this stamp, I took the photo because he was not giving any slip.

Mr Rahul Triphati, the manager is the gem person.

He left his lunch to help us and even gave further guidance on the issue.

He definitely changed the image of government banking.

Lots of user has same issue regarding branch location. But no one care about it. So i did it and correct the location. So no one not redirect to wrong location.

I have been trying their landline full day but no one is picking it up.really very disappointing

Mostly SBI branches staffs are rude and arrogant. Whenever you visit the branch they always have excuses like there is scarcity of staff, link fail, printer is not working etc. They should close the bank, and sit at home. Lazy employee. Worst experience...
